Synopsis: It turns out that Santa Claus (WWE Wrestling star Goldberg) is not really the cuddly, harmless old fellow that we all know and love. In fact, he’s a devil, and the only thing that has been keeping his bad side in check all this time is a bet he lost with an angel. Now, the bet has expired, and 1000 years of good cheer will be replaced by Christmas fear. This Christmas will be a violent night of chaos, with Santa bashing his way through town. Local boy Nicholas (Douglas Smith), his girlfriend Mac (Emilie de Ravin), and his crazy Grandfather (Robert Culp) are the only ones who know the truth about Santa, and can save their town and the world.

feb.24.06 The film was first bought by Canadian TV channel 'Spike TV' and premiered on October 25th 2005 and then was relased on December 20th 2005 on DVD just in time for Christmas. Rebecca only has a small part in one scene at the very beginning (and then is killed). You can read a review for the film at HorrorChannel.com. I found this website which has lot of details about the film.

jul.05.05 Not much as been said about Rebecca's role in this film, Emilie de Ravin has been speaking about her role in the horror-comedy feature film Santa's Slay. "It's a black-comedy Christmas movie," de Ravin told Sci-Fi Wire. "That was a lot of fun to shoot. I have some comedy to work with, which I hadn't really explored too much before." "I play Mac, who's a high school student," de Ravin said. "My friend Nicholas [Douglas Smith] and I pretty much save the day in the movie, or at least we're trying to. It turns out that Nick's grandpa [Robert Culp] was actually the angel, and he gave up his eternal life to marry his wife. And all is being revealed now because Nick has found the Book of Claus, which is pretty much the book of secrets to do with what actually happened. So he's back, and now we're trying to save the day and kill Santa. It was fun playing high school again [as she had on The WB's Roswell] and being the kids on the run." It was made on a 4.5 million dollar budget.
